‘Bowls’ refers to the concept of serving meals in a bowl. We have created our own recipes for our bowls. We always start with a base of grains such as brown rice, millet, whole grain couscous, spelt, or quinoa. Then, we add a sauce creation with fresh vegetables and various seasoning ingredients such as curry, turmeric, chili, or fresh herbs. Our bowls are enhanced with meat, fish, and cheese specialties, and served with a suitable homemade bread.

The Zollhaus celebrated its 50th anniversary as a guest establishment in 2019. Over the years, the restaurant has been expanded and is now operated as the family-run Zoll Sports Hotel by the Messner family.
My partner Philipp and I, Kathrin, intend to open a new restaurant concept separate from the hotel operation. Just like our family at the Zoll Sports Hotel, we prioritize the satisfaction of our guests. We value high-quality products and strive to trace their origin and production chain whenever possible. Many items on our menu are homemade, as it aligns with our sustainable business concept.
